About Us
Trabuco Consulting was founded by retired police lieutenant, John Condon. Lt. Condon has over three decades of public safety and human services experience with one of the safest and most diverse cities in the United States. Lt. Condon has been recognized by the International Chiefs of Police Association, the Violence Prevention Coalition of Orange County, the Orange County Human Relations Commission for work in victim services and has received department honors for his work in community policing, crime prevention and criminal investigations. Lt. Condon has been a certified CPTED practitioner since 2018 and has worked with cities and community groups implementing CPTED strategies.
