OUR MISSION is to create safer communities by helping organizations develop and implement effective crime prevention strategies.
Who we are
Trabuco Consulting was established by honorably retired Irvine Police Lieutenant, John Condon. Lt. Condon has over 30 years of human service and public safety experience with the City of Irvine (CA), which has been repeatedly recognized as one of the safest cities in the United States. Lt. Condon has considerable experience working with civic leaders, schools, non-profits and residents to address community needs and develop effective prevention programs and strategies. He has received awards from the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the Violence Prevention Coalition of Orange County for his work, as well as numerous commendations for outstanding service and community engagement.
Lt. Condon’s public safety career included assignments in patrol, school and youth services, retail business liaison, investigations, crime analysis, special operations, traffic operations, support services and administration. He has hundreds of hours of training related to understanding criminal behavior and has investigated hundreds of crimes. Lt. Condon holds a Professional Designation in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
