Our Approach to Community safety

The most important part of our process is taking time to learn about your community.  We look and listen before we make recommendations. Our recommendations are informed by objective analysis, direct observation, and stakeholder collaboration—not assumptions or one-size-fits-all approaches.

• Analysis
  Review available data, reports, stakeholder input, and other relevant information to identify patterns, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  Meet with city staff, public safety professionals, schools, businesses, residents, and other stakeholders to understand local perspectives and operational realities.
• In-Person Observation
  Conduct field assessments to evaluate how physical design, activity patterns, and environmental conditions influence community safety.
• Practical Recommendations
  Develop realistic, fiscally responsible recommendations tailored to each organization's goals, staffing, and available resources.
• Implementation Support
  Work alongside staff to prioritize recommendations, support implementation, and evaluate progress over time.
